Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Royal Confidante LLC does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of. A refund will not be issued for such circumstance. 

Returned by Customer - Please contact us at support@royalconfidante.com before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are unfortunately not offered at this time due to the current pandemic and the fact that our products are customized and produced on an on-demand basis. 

SUPPLEMENTS

Any supplement purchased on www.royalconfidante.com may be returned for any reason within 180 days from the date of purchase. If you don't like a product for any reason, simply send sealed bottles back to us and we'll refund you100% of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). This refund only applies to the first opened bottle and the remaining unopened bottles that you've purchased. If you've purchased more than one bottle and are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the one opened bottled and all remaining unopened bottles for a refund. We will not accept or refund more than one opened bottle.

MEMBERSHIPS

You may cancel your subscription to any of our monthly programs at any time. Unfortunately, due to the content being delivered to you virtually we will not issue a refund for that current monthly subscription. Future payments will automatically be stopped once you cancel your subscription. Once you cancel your subscription you should receive an e-mail confirming your canceled membership.
